With only 6 Weeks to develop a very complex programmatic scheme – Carbonís considerations were that the Tower had to be iconic, and visible on the skyline.

The brief dictated the need for A Retail Podium, Banquet Hall, 4 Start Hotel, Corporate Offices, Underground Parking and dedicated Lobby and entrances for the various programme requirements. Our task was also to work to a very strict FAR and set-backs as required by the local municipality.
