A commercial driven office development in the Exclusive Tahlia District of Jeddah, this commercial project aims to create an International Standard of Commercial Office Space to attract international based clients.

Arranged over an open basement parking, the concept was to create a floating 2 Storey Building that loomed larger than its potential, by expressing the vertical solar shades and breaking the building volumes into asymmetrical proportions.

Designed on a 9 meter grid with long span hollow block beams and raised flooring, the concept was to optimise the construction and modularity of the various systems, while allowing the future tenants to optimise growth and shrinking as market forces dictate.
