So internal demolition is virtually done and we’ve even got our fireline fireproofing installed onto the soffit. This with our ceiling lining should give us well over an 1 hour rating vertically. The existing floor has also been nicely taken out and we should be in a good position to start laying the stilts for the raised floor.

Externally, the joists are up and our plywood deck is installed as well, including our opening for the skylight in the decontamination room. The external brick looks really great and the weather is getting nicer as well…well at least no rain….still cold.

We should soon see partitions going up, the roof insulated, felted and done. We are still waiting for some drawings for our new shopfront, but there is pretty good progress overall.
