We are very much at the tail end of the construction programme and the site has come a long way. The rear hoarding is down and our skip is no longer there as well. Our rear mechanical closet is just about the nicest mechanical closet you’ve seen in pristine white. Internally, the A/C is commissioned and fixed, and we are liking our flush cassette in the reception area. We had very little void above our ceiling and went through a variety of specs to reach this final one from Samsung.

The rooms are being painted and probably another coat or 2 remains. The glazing is going in end of the week where we will also start to see our off-site joinery beginning to be installed.

Next week should see a significant change in the space, ready to be opened in a few weeks time.
