A 6,500 sqm stand-alone multi-franchise showroom developed in collaboration with Alghanim Automotive and GM. The project was a test bed for ideas ahead of the main Chevrolet CI project, combining Chevrolet, Saab, Cadillac and Hummer. We explored ideas for branded screening, the customer journey, car stacker and dynamic multi-level decks that all became strong features of the new Chevrolet Middle East CI concept.
The brief was to provide a showcase that was flexible, dynamic and provided a continuous customer journey from the outside to inside. The building responds to both its site and the local climactic conditions, the front screen having a cooling effect during the day and framing views into the exciting interior spaces at night.
